The Daily Yoga Journey consists of 28 yoga classes (ranging from 10 to 25 minutes) intended to help you build a daily habit of yoga. Feel the benefits of maintaining a regular practice - increased flexibility, strength, mindfulness and relaxation.

The heart of this journey is commitment. It means making a promise to yourself and following through on it. Completing this course will require consistency, discipline and focus.

Together we will take small steps to our goal with under 30 minutes of yoga every day. Each day includes a suggested class, but you’re welcome to choose any practice as our bodies and minds are all different, and we have different needs on different days.

This course will challenge you and push you out of your comfort zone in the best way possible. Remember it’s all about the journey rather than the destination. All you need to do is take it one breath at a time…
