SUMMER GLOW

Focus: Strength & flexibility

WHAT: 14-day wellness challenge designed to help you shine from the inside out. This 2 week journey includes yoga sculpt, yin + affirmations, vinyasa, slow flow, journal prompts and meditations.

Designed for everyone of all levels to bring harmony to your body and mind during the summer season.

Full bODY yIN

Focus: RELAXATION & flexibility

WHAT: A deeply relaxing 10-day yin yoga experience designed to stretch and release your entire body, from head to toe.

Over the course of 10 carefully curated sessions, each lasting around 20 minutes, you'll gradually ease tension, enhance flexibility and restore your inner balance.

Whether you're looking to unwind, let go of stress, or improve flexibility, this journey offers a peaceful space to nurture your well-being. So, get comfortable, slip into your favorite cozy clothes, and let the relaxation begin! All of these classes include music.

OPEN YOUR HEART

Focus: FLEXIBILITY

WHAT: A 21-day backbend challenge created to allow you a space to slow down, and explore the connection between the physical heart space & the internal heart space. This challenge includes meditations & yoga classes of all styles, ranging from 15-minutes to 40+ minutes for all levels.

You will learn how to properly warm-up to safely deepen your backbends with special care + attention to alignment, while breaking down common postures with variations such as Bow, Camel, Wheel, Dancer’s, King Pigeon & more.

RISE & SHINE

Focus: ROUTINE

WHAT: A positive day starts with a mindful morning. Cultivate a consistent morning routine with this 15-day challenge and discover the benefits of a daily practice - increased focus and energy, less stress, more relaxation, and so much more.

The practices in this challenge make up yoga flows, meditations and affirmations ranging from 10-45 minutes, and includes a variety of postures focused on flexibility, strength, and mobility to help you feel energized in body + mind.

SELF CARE

Focus: mindfulnEss

WHAT: A 14-day course focused on the mind-body aspect of wellness including yoga, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and other aspects of mental well-being.

Think of this course as a mini online retreat you can attend from the comfort of your home.

The classes range from 15-30 minutes, with the hope and intention that each day you can devote even a little bit of time for yourself - to move, to breathe, to slow down, reflect and be still. This course is for everyone. Get ready to revitalize your energy, improve your mood, focus and overall well-being!

ZEN IN TEN

Focus: ROUTINE

WHAT: A 10-day course including short, unique, and accessible yoga flows! These sessions are at a length that are manageable to implement into your day, ranging from 10-13 minutes. This challenge is a great way to start (or continue) a healthy habit of consistent movement.

These bite-sized classes can be done in the morning, right after work or even on your lunch break! This challenge includes a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa flows with a mix of both flexibility and mobility.

FALL EQUINOX

Focus: MINDFULNESS

WHAT: This 30-day challenge is uniquely structured in a way that honors the shift in seasons - from summer to fall - and the energy with it (light to dark, movement to stillness, yang to yin).

Encompassing a variety of yoga styles, this challenge begins with active and dynamic classes (vinyasa, power), before moving into hatha and slow flow practices and finally ends with restorative and yin.

These classes will stoke your inner fire, allow you to get grounded, find balance and replenish your energy this fall. These classes wull also help you balance vata, the ayurvedic dosha in which fall embodies.

INVERSION PLAY

Focus: strength & Arm Balance

WHAT: Learn how to achieve and integrate inversions into your practice with this week long course including breathwork, strengthening drills, flexibility stretches, mobility workouts, workshops, tutorials, pose breakdowns and yoga flows.

Designed specifically for yogis still in the process of learning full inversions, this course will guide oyu step-by-step.

7 DAYS OF YOGA

Focus: RELAXATION & flexibility

WHAT: A week long challenge designed to help you commit to your yoga practice in a quick, fun and effective way!

Build or strengthen your daily practice with 25-minutes of yoga for 7 days straight.

Experience different styles like power yoga, vinyasa yoga, hatha/slow flow, yin yoga and dynamic yoga! These classes are uniquely designed for each day of the week to improve flexibility, balance and increase strength.

WHAT: Embark on a three-week transformational journey of morning yoga classes, designed to help you cultivate mindfulness, boost your energy, and set a positive tone for your day.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this challenge will offer you the tools + support to build a consistent morning routine and connect more deeply with yourself.

The classes range from 10-25 minutes, and include various styles such as vinyasa, slow flow, somatic, power and yin yoga for a well-balanced practice.

DAILY YOGA

Focus: ROUTINE & FLEXIBILITY

WHAT: A 4-week challenge to help you build a daily habit of yoga and naturally reduce your stress, increase flexibility, strength and overall happiness.

This course is perfect for those looking to make their health + wellness a priority! Together we will take small steps to our goal with under 30 minutes of yoga each day.

This course will challenge you and push you outside of your comfort zone in the best way possible.

SUMMER SOLSTICE

Focus: mindfulnEss

WHAT: A 30-day challenge including yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness inspiration to channel the qualities of the Summer Solstice.

This challenge includes a combination of energetic sequences + calming and soothing slow flows to help you balance pitta, the ayuervedic dosha in which summer embodies.

Paying attention to the Solstice can help us find balance by honoring the changes in the natural world around us and bringing us closer to ourselves.

YOGA TONE

Focus: STRENGTH

WHAT: A 10-day course to optimize your practice by blending the mind-body awareness of yoga with muscle toning movement.

Each class will include repetitive exercises to build lean muscle, stability, and strength in your body.

FULL BODY FLEXIBILITY

Focus: FLEXIBILITY & BASICS

WHAT: Safely access and achieve full body flexibility and mobility with this 7 day yoga course. Each class ranges from 35-60 minutes and targets a specific area of the body.

Learn how to lengthen and stretch your muscles in the most effective way. Practice energizing, dynamic flows as well as relaxing, restorative sequences all designed to support your flexibility goals.

We will break down popular asanas such as Bow, Camel, Dancer's, King Pigeon, Splits, Wheel Pose and more.

MEDITATION

Focus: MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION

WHAT: This course consists if 30 mindful meditation practices including a variety of ancient + modern day techniques such as guided body scan, vipassana, metta, yoga nidra, sound bath, breathwork and much more.

Creating a consistent meditation practice is a wonderful way to pause, reflect and reset especially in our busy world of constant movement.

These classes are accessible to everyone - whether you already have a meditation practice, or you’re more of a beginner.

CYCLE SYNC

Focus: MINDFULNESS & balance

WHAT: A four-week course to sync your yoga practice with the four phases of the menstrual cycle and develop a deeper, more intimate connection with your unique flow. These four phases include: menstruation, follicular, ovulation and the luteal phase.

The first day of each phase begins with a meditation to help you ease into the new phase with intention. The styles of yoga practiced during each phase changes to honor the natural fluctuation of hormones and energy levels experienced during the cycle.

RESET

Focus: ROUTINE

WHAT: A 30-day challenge to transform your body, mind, and soul by re(introducing) daily wellness practices. Whether you want to ease back into your yoga practice or simply want more consistency with your existing one, this will be the perfect fit.

Includes various yoga styles, meditations, and breathwork with the intention to clear out old energy and welcome in the new. It's time to reprioritize your wellness, make time for yourself and get back to feeling balanced, healthy, and optimal!

RELAX & UNWIND

Focus: RELAXATION & MINDFULNESS

WHAT: A 15-day evening challenge to help you take care of yourself at the end of the day. Decompress, let go, and relax your body and mind through mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation.

Each class is between 15-25 minutes to give you a quick, yet effective practice. Enjoy a variety of yoga styles including restorative, yin and hatha, slow dynamic flows and mobility stretches. All levels are welcome with various options for everyone.

YOGA BASICS

Focus: BASICS

WHAT: This 30-day course will guide you step-by-step through the traditional yoga asanas, while encouraging you to embrace your own unique flow through intuitive movement and body awareness, so that you can build a strong foundation and gain confidence in your yoga practice.

This journey is for everyone - the beginner yogi seeking slow, easy to follow classes, the intermediate yogi craving creative variations, the seasonal practitioner wanting to go back to the basics and even the yoga teacher looking for more inspiration.

INTENTION
