This yoga challenge focuses on the transformative qualities of autumn, allowing you to get grounded, find balance and replenish your energy for the new season.

Making a point to celebrate each equinox and solstice of the year allows us to feel more in tune with the seasons and cycles of change. Tuning into the themes of each season gives us permission to pause and reflect.

Equinoxes are a time of balance, when day and night are nearly equal. Autumn is a time of harvest from summer’s fruits, reflection and preparation for winter. 🌗

This time of year in particular when every day can feel the same and when our nervous systems are deeply impacted by the events around us, I invite you to turn inwards and contemplate where in your life you can create more balance + self-care.✨

 
 

A 30-day yoga challenge to align with the elements & qualities of fall.

This challenge will include the perfect balance and combination of energetic sequences + calming & soothing slow flows to help you balance Vata, the Ayurvedic dosha in which fall embodies.
