The Full Body Flexibility Challenge consists of 7 yoga classes (ranging from 35 minutes to 60 minutes) to help you safely access and achieve full body flexibility + mobility. Each class targets a specific area of the body, where you will learn how to lengthen and stretch your muscles in the most effective way. Practice energizing, dynamic flows as well as relaxing, restorative sequences all designed to support your flexibility goals.

We will break down popular asanas such as Bow, Camel, Dancer's, King Pigeon, Splits, Wheel Pose and more. Optimize your practice with specialized classes that blend the mind-body awareness of yoga with muscle toning movement.
