The Meditation Course consists of 30 mindful meditation classes (ranging from 5-35 minutes) and consisting of a variety of ancient + modern day techniques such as guided, body scan, vipassana, metta, yoga nidra, sound bath, breathwork and much more.

Meditation, like yoga, is a gateway to our inner realms, a sacred space where we can reconnect with our true selves and find solace amidst the busyness of everyday life. The two intertwining practices beautifully complement and enhance each other. While they can be practiced independently, their synergy creates a profound and transformative experience.

Both practices cultivate present-moment awareness. In yoga, we flow through postures, we are encouraged to be fully present, to focus on our breath and to observe the sensations in our bodies. Meditation invites us to anchor our attention on the breath, sensations or a specific focal point, training our minds to stay fully present. The skills developed in meditation can be applied during yoga practice to deepen our focus and bring greater awareness to our movements.

 
 

This course is a 30-day introductory guide into meditation, these classes are accessible to everyone - whether you already have a meditation practice or you’re more of a beginner. This course will cover all the basics while still offering insight and inspiring new methods.
