Reset is a 30-day challenge designed to transform your body, mind and soul by re(introducing) daily wellness practices. It’s all about taking time for yourself as we transition from one season to the next. Whether you want to ease back into your yoga practice or simply want more consistency with your existing one, this will be the perfect fit.

This program includes uplifting power and vinyasa classes to help you feel more empowered, energetic and lighter, as well as grounding slow flows and yin sequences to help you transition with ease. We will also include meditations and breathwork with the intention to clear out old energy and welcome in the new.

It's time to reprioritize your wellness, make time for yourself and get back to feeling balanced, healthy and optimal! ✨

 
 

The challenge consists of 30 classes which can be completed at your own pace. Each class is a little different with a mixture of styles, lengths and focus. There are 11 brand new classes ranging from 12-40 minutes.
