When I first started practicing yoga, participating in online challenges is what made me fall in love with the practice. 

By dedicating and prioritizing time for yourself and yoga, you can create a consistent routine, build healthier habits and change your life!

Which is why I hope you will join me for the Rise & Shine yoga challenge!

We will practice morning yoga flows and meditations with intentional sequences + themes to help you stay consistent and inspired with your practice.

The first 5 days of the challenge will be provided on YouTube for free. 

The rest of the challenge will be exclusively on the app where you can watch all classes ad-free, and stream on your tablet, mobile device, TV or computer. 

Other unique app features include a user profile to track the progress of your journey + add comments to connect with the community! All classes on the app are also available to download and play for offline use.

 
 

The course consists of a variety of 15 classes + meditations (ranging from 11-minutes to 40+ minutes) which can be completed at your own pace.
