This 14-day journey focuses on the mind-body aspect of wellness including yoga, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness and other aspects of mental well-being. Think of this course as a mini online retreat available to you at the comfort of your home.

The Self Care course consists of 14 daily practices, with 10 brand new classes for you to experience. The classes range from 15 - 30 minutes, with the hope and intention that each day you can devote even a little time for yourself - to move, to breathe, to slow down, reflect and be still. This course is for everyone.
