Channel the transformative qualities of a new season with the 30-day Summer Solstice challenge, including yoga, breathwork, Ayurvedic practices and mindfulness inspiration. Paying attention to the elements of the solstice can help us find balance by honoring the changes in the natural world around us and bringing us closer to ourselves.

 
 

The Summer Solstice challenge consists of 30 total classes and 14 brand new classes (marked with *).

The challenge includes a combination of active vinyasas, slow cooling flows, yin/restorative sequences and pranayama techniques. The classes range from 10-40 minutes.
