Designed specifically for yogis still in the process of learning full inversions, Inversion Play will guide you step-by-step

Regularly practicing inversions can increase your energy, improve balance and circulation in your body, build confidence, increase core strength and foster mindfulness.

Learn how to achieve + integrate inversions into your practice with this week long journey of breath-work, strengthening drills, flexibility stretches, mobility workouts, workshops, tutorials, pose breakdowns and yoga flows.

Together we will work through preparatory stages for the key poses to help you build strength and confidence, as well as alignment techniques to assist with the safe practice of inversions. Finally, we will link them with standing poses, forward bends, backbends and restorative poses to cultivate a well-balanced practice.

 
 

The course consists of 7 NEW classes (ranging from 26-minutes to 60+ minutes) which can be completed at your own pace. The journey starts from the ground up, covering the basics and offering both modifications + variations for all levels. The final class weaves together everything we will have learned and gives you the opportunity to be guided through a creative sequence to test and play out your new skills.
