The Yoga Tone Challenge consists of 10 yoga classes (ranging from 13 minutes to 35+ minutes) so you can easily incorporate a session into your day. Each class either targets a specific area of the body, or incorporates a theme.

Optimize your practice with specialized classes that blend the mind-body awareness of yoga with muscle toning movement.

 
 

Each class includes repetitive exercises to build lean muscle, stability and strength in your body.

  • Day 4: Side Body Tone Up (20-min)

  • Day 5: Tabletop Core (20-min)

  • Day 6: Twist & Tone (35-min)

  • Day 7: Standing Abs (13-min)

  • Day 8: Stable Balance (25-min)

  • Day 9: Stretch & Tone (25-min)
