The Yoga Tone Challenge consists of 10 yoga classes (ranging from 13 minutes to 35+ minutes) so you can easily incorporate a session into your day. Each class either targets a specific area of the body, or incorporates a theme.

Each class includes repetitive exercises to build lean muscle, stability and strength in your body.
